RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Beverages online Returns Policy follows the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you the consumer with additional benefits with those rights.

Faulty, damaged or wrongly described products

In the event your purchase is damaged, faulty, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product or refund your money upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return if Beverages Online is at fault. That is if there is a fault with the product or if the wrong product is delivered, (including any damages caused in transit) or we have breached a consumer guarantee. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

Consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Purchases come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'

Obtaining a refund and exchanging products

The fastest way to obtain a exchange or refund is to email us @ Sales@jayden-nicholls.com, our friendly team will be able to assist you immediately.

Our Customer Service Team's operating hours are 10am – 5pm Monday – Friday AEST.

In the event that your product must be returned to us, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received by us.

Changing or cancelling an order

You agree that you cannot cancel or change an order after it has been placed. If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact our Customer Service Team via email as soon as possible. Please view our Customer Service Team's operating hours before emailing. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request/s, however no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed. If we agree to your request of changing or cancelling your order after it has been placed, we may do so subject to you providing proof of purchase and the ordered products being in their original condition and packaging and to you agreeing to pay an amount we request on account of our reasonable costs of processing the change or cancellation. If your order has already been processed, you may still be able to return your order.

All returns must be accompanied by the Delivery Note / Return Form which was provided with your purchase on delivery.

Securely pack items to be returned together with the Delivery Note / Return Form in an appropriate shipping satchel and send back (at your cost) to the following address.

(Jayden Nicholls Pty Ltd recommends that you use a traceable delivery service when sending your return parcel to ensure safe delivery to us. If you choose not to do this you will be responsible for loss or damage to the product during delivery.)
